Lady : Let me check.
A few minutes later...
Lady : You are calling about your internet connection, right ?
Me : (??) Yes. About my Internet connection.
A few minutes later...
Lady : There is a technical problem.
Me : Do you know what kind of problem it is, or when it should be fixed ?
Lady : No, i'm not able to inform you.
Me : So, could you transfer me to someone who could inform me ?
Lady : No, I can't. I assume your connection may be fixed in one week, approximately.
Me : Approximately. So right now, I'm still paying monthly for a regular connection that is not working, and I have to pay an extra 25 € for a 6 hours pass. And you cannot tell me how long it is going to last.
Lady : What do you want me to say ? I can't tell you more.
Me : Has some technician been asked to fix the problem ?
Lady : I don't know.
Me : Oh great. You know, I've been a client for about 12 years now, and I need my connection for my work, and you cannot even give me that simple information. It is nothing personal against you, but I am really upset.
Lady : Well, I'm 53, I've worked here for 30 years, and you can be as upset as you want, this won't change anything for me after I leave my office and come back home.
Me : ?! Well… you know what ? I think I'm going to call another provider and ask what they can do for me.
Lady : Sure. Go ahead and call another provider. I would do the same if I were you.
Me : Do you realise what you just said ? Is this how you represent your company ?
Lady : Please don't start me on this, I won't get into more conversation with you. Goodbye Madame.
