“ I found myself rolling my eyes at the dog behavior experts in much the same way I often find myself rolling my eyes at so-called parenting experts. When they start saying you should only use positive reinforcement and you should reason with your two year old and all of this don’t damage their delicate psyches or hurt their self-esteem or teach them to be submissive to authority because it might wound their self-confidence, I think…this explains why children these days are such unabashed brats.
